I’ve mentioned the concept of making a documentary about this summer’s adventures out of the photos, video, audio and writing that I will inevitably produce during (and after) 12 weeks of traveling around the world. With the epic lineup of Greece, Spain, other European countries, and Hawaii, it seems like it would be a crime not to create something. At first it was just an idea, but now it’s a reality. Brendan suggested I call this project (or whatever it turns out to be) K-Squared Productions. Thanks Brendan!
So, I started playing around with Adobe Illustrator and made myself a logo. Damn, another guy on the internet with his own logo and a blog. Who does this guy think he is? But it’s on the internet, so it must be legitimate, right?
I might even go as far as to say it’s…too legit to quit. It’s cool how our creative ideas can appear in reality so easily in the digital age. The design was inspired by this photo that I took in July of Uncompahgre Peak in Colorado while I was hiking up ze Wetterhorn.
So now that I have a kind of official-looking logo AND a blog, I have to make something cool to go with all the hype. That’s why I made the blog, after all.
